Our History and Numbers
McGregor Berger & Associates commenced operations in Western Canada in 2001. Beginning with offices in Calgary and Edmonton, we opened offices in Burlington, Ontario in 2018, our Ottawa office opened in January 2019, and Toronto in February 2020.
McGregor Berger & Associates have consistently been retained by both plaintiff’s and defense counsel. We have been retained on international cases in Australia, Great Britain, and the United States.
Our court experience is significant and unsurpassed in Canada, with 15 trials completed and several pending matters slated for the near term.
