Wei is a physiotherapist with McGregor Berger and Associates and has been a practicing physiotherapist since 2017. He has experience in the area of workplace injury treatment programs, functional capacity evaluations, life care plans, chronic pain, and geriatrics. He is an Alberta Aids to Daily Living authorizer for medical surgical and benchmark mobility equipment. His work has included both public and private sector in Alberta, as well as medical legal assessments in Ontario.

On his days off Wei enjoys rock climbing, skiing, and just spending time in the mountains. He is always looking for ways to give back to his community, having volunteered with youth as well as adaptive sports programs.
